Bailey Anne Vincent. Artistic Director.
Bailey Vincent-LaBarbera (Bailey Anne Vincent) has been teaching and choreographing for over a decade with emphasis on classic ballet and Pointe, and founded Company 360 to fuse passions for both social advocacy and the arts. After growing up and performing with a pre-professional company in South Florida, she moved to Virginia as a teen and studied as a soloist with the Rockbridge Ballet. Featured in Dance Teacher Magazine for her work with special needs and deaf children, she was a long-running staff member for TheStudio in Lexington, and most recently performed as a professional modern dancer with DanceArtTheater in Falls Church/DC metro area. Bailey is also a former Executive Director of Virginia Hands & Voices, advocating for the deaf and hard-of-hearing. As a writer, online personality, disability and diversity advocate, and a catastrophic dance nerd, she hopes to reach the masses through dance that's enjoyable, while maintaining a monstrous snobbery for proper technique. She hopes to build dancers that aren't narcissists, dances that inspire and empower, and art that benefits as many as possible. Bailey can be reached at bailey@companythreesixty.com |
